Before joining Hawai‘i Modern Realty, she spent six years as Principal Broker and five years as Assistant to the Broker-in-Charge at a local boutique firm, overseeing more than thirty agents and supporting them through complex negotiations and transactions. Her deep background in sales and marketing gives every client a strategic edge, whether she’s positioning a listing or negotiating the fine print of a contract. Liane stands by one core principle: communication is everything. She takes the time to understand her clients’ priorities, making sure they feel informed, confident, and comfortable every step of the way. Raised in Kailua by parents who bought their family home in 1962 and quickly became part of the neighborhood fabric, Liane carries that same sense of connection into her work.
