Growing up in the same 1930s Lanikai home that anchored their family’s legacy, Rick and Nani have spent their lives deeply connected to Kailua and Kāne‘ohe. As lifelong 2nd- and 3rd-generation Lanikai residents with nearly 30 years of combined real estate experience, this father-daughter team understands the Windward market on a level few can match. Rick and Nani specialize in the O‘ahu luxury market, assisting clients with downsizing, upsizing, investing, relocating to O‘ahu, or purchasing their first home. Both Rick and Nani grew up immersed in the Windward coastline—surfing, paddling, diving, and experiencing the daily rhythm of Kailua. Rick, a licensed maritime captain, spent his youth sailing, windsurfing, fishing, and surfing the shores of Lanikai. When they're not assisting clients, they can often be found out on the water, reconnecting with the places that shaped their lives. For them, Windward O‘ahu is not just where they work—it’s home.
