About Wendy

Wendy Darling is a trustworthy, responsive, and knowledgeable real estate professional who has been helping clients navigate the O‘ahu market since 2016.

Originally from Los Angeles, Wendy moved to Hawai‘i 20 years ago on a full scholarship to run cross country at Hawai‘i Pacific University, where she later earned her MBA. She specializes in Windward O‘ahu, including Kaneohe and Kailua, as well as Ewa Beach, serving first-time buyers, investors, military clients, and buyers and sellers throughout O‘ahu.

Her background as a Marketing Director for a watersports company, combined with her personal experience owning investment properties, gives her a well-rounded understanding of marketing, real estate, and return on investment. Wendy’s passion for real estate stems from her own experience purchasing her first home when she and her husband were starting out financially. After a Realtor and loan officer showed them that homeownership was possible, she was inspired to help others discover those same opportunities.

Today, she enjoys helping clients take that first step, whether toward a first home, an investment property, or a future dream home. Outside of real estate, Wendy enjoys running, soccer, gardening, boating, and watersports, and coaches AYSO soccer in Kaneohe. She is also a proud mother of two daughters.
