She remains closely involved through inspections, escrow, and closing - not simply until an offer is accepted.

For buyers, she begins with the client's priorities, timeline, and budget, then guides them through financing, contracts, inspections, and disclosures so they can make informed decisions at every step. When it is time to write an offer, she builds a competitive strategy designed to protect the client's interests.

Outside of real estate, Marilou enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family and pets - part of the island lifestyle she is proud to help her clients call home.
