Liz Bills is a Realtor® with Hawaii Modern Realty serving Kailua, Kaneohe, Honolulu, and communities across Oahu. Her passion for connecting people with their ideal spaces stems from a family background in architecture and real estate. While earning a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Liz worked in residential historic documentation, gaining an appreciation for the design, construction, and history behind homes.

Before entering real estate, Liz spent nearly two decades in customer service and business operations, developing the communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills that continue to define her approach today. This unique combination of architectural education, customer service expertise, and real estate experience allows her to guide clients through complex decisions with confidence and clarity.

Liz specializes in residential homes, luxury properties, Condos, relocation services, and investment properties across Oahu. She is particularly passionate about helping clients identify opportunities to maximize value through thoughtful improvements, renovation planning, and strategic property preparation.

In addition to traditional real estate services, Liz provides Owner Project Management support, helping clients coordinate renovations, repairs, contractor bids, and property improvements before listing a home or after purchase. Her hands-on approach helps clients make informed decisions that enhance marketability, functionality, and long-term value.
